Job Description:

A commercial aircraft spare parts supplier in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking to hire a bilingual Regional Sales Manager.  Multiple years of commercial aviation sales experience is required.  Must be bilingual and speak either Arabic, French, Portuguese, and/or Spanish.  Extensive international travel required.
Summary:
Sells commercial aircraft components and aviation related ground support equipment to airlines by performing the following duties.
Job Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from personal contacts, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources. Travels internationally through assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talks with customers by phone. Discusses suitability of different types of components to meet customer’s requirements. Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained. Negotiate prices with customers. Attends trade shows, conferences, seminars.

Language Skills:
Candidate must be
bilingual and speak either Arabic, French, Portuguese, and/or Spanish. Other
languages may be acceptable, please check with AGS.

Compensation: 
Base Salary: 75K with an expectation of over 100K with commission depending on experience.  Along with the attractive salary and sales commissions compensation package there is a 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan and other company benefits.  We offer a complete healthcare package with full medical, dental and vision plans plus life and long-term disability policies.  Relocation not an option at this time.
